All BOSS Office Chairs are custom-made, so please allow 8-10 weeks from the time that you place your order for delivery.

Your BOSS Office Chair will come assembled except for the pedestal, which attaches in less than a minute. Instructions are included.

We recommend only using a citrus-based cleaner.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, and debit cards.

Once your order is confirmed it can be changed or cancelled within 72 hours, but unfortunately not beyond that due to our process. To cancel or change within this timeframe, please contact your sales representative or send an email to sales@bossofficechairs.net.

We do offer replacement parts for your BOSS Office Chairs. For inquiries, please email us at sales@bossofficechairs.net.

BOSS Office Chairs are warrantied against material defects and workmanship for up to 2 years from date of shipment. If you have any issues with your chairs, please email us at warranty@bossofficechairs.net and one of our customer support representatives will contact you within 24 hours.
